Did any parts flood in 2016?

The 2016 map shows no signs of flooding but I’m seeing flooding in pics who lived by the bayou

Just PT whose houses were near the bayou

It looks like water rose real high but the map does not include these houses

We looked at a house in there, it's not that bad. It's a shame you see the back of the lovely apartments while back in there though....
