I play a lot and would recommend talking to a contractor who builds tennis courts. The cost varies with the surface type you want, sort of like kitchen counter tops. Most opt for painted concrete but more expensive options are there. Typically it is played indoors for the comfort of players in an AC or heated space with three courts on one basketball court. You can also light your court.
Now for the pros and cons.
Cons. 1.In the summer playing between 10 and 4 would be limited to just a very few games.
2. It would be hard to play below 50-60 degrees.
3. It would be hard to play when extremely windy. The ball is basically a wiffle ball, so you can imagine what the wind does to it. A wind screen on a fence takes care of most of this.
Pros: 1. you can play whenever you want and are not limited to the gym schedule.

Those courts are for junior tennis.
