With phase 3, schools can now open fully. In addition to paying tuition, I no longer have to also pay for someone to keep my kid while I go make a living. Offices, Restaurants, etc can now open to 75% capacity. Other small businesses can open that were previously restricted from opening in phase 2. Nursing homes are starting to open.
But yes...let’s focus on the fact that you can no longer get shitfaced until 2am. Oh the horror.

i rarely go to bars. so, it doesn't really impact my life. But, this chode seems to have a hard-on for bars.
