This document is simply Pfizer quoting and documenting public studiesWhat was buried?
I don’t think “buried” is necessarily meant to be synonymous with “completely undisclosed or unpublished”. It seems to be more of reference to the manner in which these reports were repeatedly glossed over or ignored by many medical professionals and basically all policy makers, most notably when the vaccine was approved (and in some situations required) for the under-18 cohort.
A risk-benefit analysis that broadly favored vaccinating adolescent males in particular should have immediately been subject to greater scrutiny, since — as you correctly pointed out — any questionable interpretation should not have been due to a lack of information regarding the increased incidence of post-vaccine myocarditis vs. the almost non-existent rate of covid complications in this group. Instead, concerns over methodology or dissenting opinions were almost universally minimized, often ridiculed, and sometimes outright censored, while the official messaging heavily promoted vaccination as nothing but a net-positive across the board.
People have a right to informed consent and public health policy decisions that are ethically rigorous and grounded in unbiased evaluation of empirical data. This wasn’t that … hence people feel they were deceived. Whether by omission or by commission is a fairly immaterial distinction at that point.

Patience is a virtue.
Covid is still alive and well and will hit thousands, but there was no need to go get that shot.

You are right but don't even know why. The mRNA vaccine produced a product even worse. Whole mRNA and fragments translocating from the injection site and leading to localized and systemic production of modified spike protein products was harmful in ways not fully understood yet.
At least that is my educated scientific guess.
Might be even simpler than that. The spike protein is toxic.

Agree that this wasn’t a bombshell in any sense of the word, but “nothingburger” isn’t necessarily accurate either. The bickering over semantics, as tiresome as it can be, is actually enlightening once you realize that it indicates the development of a genuine schism between average Americans and the Big Pharma/government agency/corporate medicine triad … which appears to be steadily growing.
It’s not that this one report in isolation represents anything explosive. It’s the reaction to it from both sides of the divide that I see as one more lit match on an already-smoldering heap.
Even a single match has the potential to ignite an inferno under the right conditions. If the right match falls at the right time, that’s where you’ll get your bombshell.
