Pest Control Recommendation (Madisonville Area)

Just moved into a new house in the madisonville area and was looks for recs for a termite contract. Previous owner had Ja-Roy and am having a lot of trouble getting the contract transferred into my name.

if you "think" you are having trouble now, wait until you try to file a claim and are told the transfer wasnt valid due to a typo or some obscure transfer clause that wasnt handled correctly
