Actually, any doctor will tell you that symmetry is what is actually rare. We just don’t really notice it unless it’s pronounced.
But you’re probably talking about marked asymmetry. I think even then it probably just more noticeable because tight shots etc.

I have asymmetrical nostrils.... I think it’s because I pick one more than the other.
