This is the worst example of stealing from a donation bin that i have seen. This woman was a millionaire living in an expensive house who stole from the bins, sold the stuff for nprofit.
Even more vile is she would stuff her household trash in the empty secured/locked donation bins to fill them so people would have to leave the stuff on the curbs.I
