that's the only thing I'm a bit annoyed about. Just opposite. Only all girl catholic school (middle on up) is out BSL way and not near Biloxi. St. Patrick's is co-ed. Annoying. Used to having options for child to go to all girls schools

I would think OLA is a much more intense experience than St Pats.

I would say make the drive, but damn it’s far. My son dates a girl from Biloxi, and unfortunately he’s still on the permit portion of his driving adventure. I make that drive way too often.

yuppp not going to happen it's like 50 minutes away from where I'm at, and I work in the opposite direction about 30 miles away from where I live

oh well. St Pat's is just up the road from here and the feeder elementary school is just 5 miles away. Holy Ressurection in Pascagoula is an option to. super close to my office.

sometimes it's just meant to be. Still weird that theres only one all girls school for the region.

I've lived in Diamondhead for about 14 years now, and I love it. I don't play golf, but I live on the golf course because I got a great deal on the property back in 2008.

I do fish, and the fishing here is spectacular, as long as you have a boat. You don't need to get out in the gulf to fill your cooler; you can do that right in the Bay of St. Louis and its countless bayous. It's a target rich environment for Reds, Specks, drum, flounder, and white trout. If you do want to venture out, Cat Island is about 6 or 7 miles offshore.

Diamondhead has a marina with a launch, slips, fuel, and a bait shop. It launches you into a canal, but you can be in the bay in about 15 minutes. Diamondhead also has five swimming pools for residents and guests, some tennis courts, a full service country club with pretty good grub, and of course, two 18 hole courses.

What I really like about Diamondhead is that EVERYTHING you need is right here! Doctors, dentists, veterinary services, dry cleaners, post office, hardware store, a Rouses, numerous restaurants, 3 gyms, barbers and beauty salons, gas stations, 2 liquor stores, 4 banks, bowling alley, auto shop, 3 pharmacies (CVS is one), and more. They're all contained within this one community. I'm no more than a 5 minute drive (while doing 30 mph or less) or so from any of the above. If you are part of Ochsner's, they have their own clinic building here! It's pretty rare for me to have to go to the Northshore campus for an appointment as almost all specialties are represented at the Diamondhead campus.

Of the cities you asked about, Diamondhead property is also far cheaper than the others, including the waterfront properties they have.

Hope this helps!
