2) why have a social media account and actively post pics if you’re this worried about privacy/security?

For adults I agree but not kids. Some privacy isn't a bad thing.

In 110% of these cases the mothers are victims of human traffickers that followed them around in Walmarks.

I don’t disagree at all. If I had one, I don’t think I’d want pics of my kid all over the internet.

If that’s your mentality, I don’t see the point of posting a pic with a blurred out face. Just send it to the the people that you want to see it.
