Palm Beach County public schools are expected to close all campuses next week to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, The Palm Beach Post has learned.

The move, expected to be announced today at a 2 p.m. news conference, will shutter classrooms to the school district’s more than 190,000 students, four officials familiar with the plans tell The Post.

The across-the-board closures are planned for all of next week and through the following week, when schools were already scheduled to close for the spring break vacation, two officials said.
