Did you have a reverse total replacement? If not see your surgeon and ask. Yeah yeah you don't want any more surgery but would you rather have this shitty shoulder forever or explore every option? If you did have a reverse I'm impressed you managed to frick it up.

Seriously though, have you tried steroid injections in your shoulder? If you aren't interested in surgery then a mix of therapy, injections, and prescription pain control (no don't take them daily but at least have them for an as needed back-up) may be your best bet. Try looking for a Physiatrist in your area (a doctor who specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation). They are kind of like an Orthopedist who doesn't operate and a lot of times are part of an Orthopedics group. They can usually help coordinate something like this or provide you with alternative options

Good ideas. I have had the shots before and they seem to help some. Thank ya.

Did you have ligament reconstruction or replacement (new ball and socket)? Either way PT may give you some help, but is not the thing that you can just learn a few exercises on the Internet, look up some good PTs in you area and get an appointment have you ever had any neck issues ? and that sounds like where a lot of your current problems are. You need a full work up by a competent ortho to figure out a plan of care, and will probably start with neck and shoulder MRI and more importantly a nerve conduction study and thorough physical exam

Ligament reconstruction and the cut off some of the bone and such.
Yeah, I am had neck problems too Thanks for your reply.

You may be broken beyond repair for this. Above is a link to active release practitioners. I would discuss this option with your ortho specialist before getting an opinion. No guaranties, just a different perspective if that is what you desire. Good luck. Stay strong
