I had my best challenge ever today.
11 dead hangs
30 push-ups
Could have done 12 for probably half of em.

been pushing thru a left shoulder injury last couple weeks. im in week 3 of phase 3 so i wont stop.
probably going to take a couple weeks off when i finish mid-october. need to let the shoulder heal because it has forced me to lighten my load on resistance days and even doing vinyasas in yoga is a bitch. still beasting though, legs and back was great this morning.

I kind of wish they were at the beginning of the workout. By the time you get to them, you're kind of gassed.

i know i've mentioned this but i switched things up this go-round.
i don't do plyo due to some old knee injuries, so i used to just do cardio x on day 2, but i dont get much out of it so i started doing core on day 2 instead. i've also done an extra kenpo but i decided i'd do core. i loved it, it's helped me a ton and im stronger than ever in that area.
thinking of maybe wiping out day 2 and doing an x stretch in my next block. take day 7 off completely. or i may just keep doing what im doing with core. not sure.

Core is the hardest workout in there IMO. But also probably the most beneficial.

I feel fine, really. I just have some tightness in my midback on my right side. Hurts sometimes. Sometimes it hurts during pullups, sometimes it doesn't.

that sequence of squat x press (with weights), plank to chataranga run, walking pushups and lunge/kickback/curl/press
