It has been really disappointing. Even taking a mass gainer, my gains have been minimal. I may just start doing heavy lifting. Looking cut and stuff is cool and all, but I don't want to weigh 150-160 pounds. I want to be in the 175-180 range.

Are you under 35? If so, you probably are wasting your money with T-boosters.

One of the hardest things to do in the fitness world is put on lean mass without adding fat.

A realistic goal for someone seriously working out is 10 lbs of muscle in a year.

Also, keep in mind the nutrition plan you're following. X3's are mostly geared losing weight. You need to make sure you've re-done it for mass adding especially when it comes to positive nitrogen balance (protein intake).

That's what I'm learning. I will say this, though, X3 has made my abs bigger. And I really like that, a lot.

It's really weird, Doc. I look bigger than I was. My chest, my abs, my calves, my arms. BUT, I'm at about the same weight. I just don't understand it.

Yes, I'm 25. I read that it is a product for 21+ only, and many videos I watched reviews of were in the 21-26 age group. I really hope I am not wasting my money, but I wanted to try something new to see if it would help me reach my goals.

Bro, you need to throw away your scale.

Who cares about the number? If you want to get a number to a certain point just to say a number is at a certain point that seems a little silly right? If you're goal was to make muscles pop and make yourself look bigger, it sounds like that's working.

Sabi my man it's time to throw away the scale like doc said. I know you've seen pics like this before.. You could weigh MORE than before and still look completely different

Btw that's not me, just pulled a pic off google for reference lol

Those bodyfat percentages do not look accurate.

Measuring body fat is kind of a crap shoot. The home methods have a margin of error of about +/-5% and the most accurate methods cost an arm and a leg.

I prefer the eyeball test.

I find that pretty much everybody way under estimates their body fat. If you are under 12% most people will have a pretty good six pack.

Yup.

Just use this and the eyeball comparison.

I just pulled the first thing off google lol. I had the problem of staying focused on the scale too much for a while. Finally got away from it

I'm confused as to the problem. Unless you think you need to weigh more because you're worried about being blown away in a windstorm with your 150 pound arse, I don't understand the need for you to put on lbs if you're seeing improvements in your muscle growth.

The problem is I want to be 175-180 lbs. and I hate being patient.

Also, the problem is you're a doodoo face.

How much weight did you lose Sabi? Before and after pics? Maybe someone should start a before and after transformation thread. I doubt many would be brave enough to post though.
