Finished week 1 on Saturday. Choose to rest yesterday and that was a good idea. I am not nearly sore today as I was before I did Warrior on Sat. morning. That thing was a bitch by the way.

I am ready for week 2. I've also dropped 4 lbs in the 1st week. 216 to 212.

Where is the cheapest place to get this set? Is it basically the same price everywhere?

Do you still need a chin up bar and dumbells? Or has that changed? TIA

All of the doorways in my place are like 4 feet wide, I live in a loft, so there is no place to fit a chin-up bar. Would I still be able to do this program?

You can use the door attachment with resistance bands to do the modified pull-ups. There's also the ones that drill into the frame if you don't mind putting some holes in it.

I've also seen some people online modify there's to fit wider door frames.

Just finished day 3. Synergistics was not my thing. I keep reminding myself that P90X got easier each week.

Absolutely. That is what everyone has to remember. It's incredibly hard at first, but once you know the routine, it is way easier.

I started week 2 day 1 yesterday and synergistics was definitely easier this time around than on day 1. I am anxious to see if I improve that much on every exercise the 2nd week or if I was just feeling good yesterday. I am kind of feeling under the weather (sinus infection) but went to the Dr this morning and got a shot and some meds. I am going to try to push through today even though I don't feel my best.

Finished Challenge tonight. Hoping I can lift my arms tomorrow to play tennis. Or even just dress myself. I can't feel my arms.

Finshed week 2 day 2 last night. I got home late but since it is only 30 minutes you get enough motivation to do it. That's why I like it way better than the others

I am not following the diet but just doing my own thing. Cutting out fried foods and fast foods as well as watching how much food I put on the plate. My 1st day was Monday Jan 6 and I weighed 216 (I'm 6'1"). This morning when I got on the scale I was 206. The 1st 10 lbs always come off easy. It's the next 10 that are a bitch.
