Nope, not from FEMA. Considered a small business so you can apply for a small business loan to demo/renovate.

I don't believe so

I know a friend who bought a new house and his old house flooded while he was trying to sell it

He gets $0 from FEMA because it is his secondary home.


IMO FEMA isn't here to give you money so you can keep making profits. They are concerned with getting people back in their homes to live

No, but you can file it as a loss on your taxes. FEMA is only to get you back to a livable situation, not fix your second or third home.
