Lower than what the data shows, but I don't know about "really low." Italy's death rate is currently above ten percent. Even if you take the death rate down to one or two percent that's still a shitload of people.

I’m sure the diagnoses are undercounted.
But the death rate is overblown, since the people who aren’t diagnosed don’t even come close to death.
