Outside water drip froze into solid ice

I left water dripping outside the house and the drip froze into solid ice.

Do i just wait and let it thaw?

I left all inside faucets dripping and cabinets open and that shite still froze

Same here, my 3 toilet lines are frozen. I have hot and cold water everywhere else though.
