OTers of Atlanta - "Cat's Claw Studio" (or something like that)

I lived in Atlanta in 96 and I remember a radio station having a studio where artist would record acoustic versions of the currents hits.
It was called something like "The Cat's Claw Studio" or something. Anyone here remember this or do they still do it?
Arianna Grande just performed on GMA like this, just her, an acoustic guitar player, and three back up singers. I have to admit, this girl can sing. She doesn't need auto tuning, lip syncing, etc. She is talented.
