OT Vets: Dosage interval between Advantage and Trifexis

I have had my dogs on Advantage Multi for a while. Fleas appeared, and I concluded that I had applied an expired dose. So I dosed them with a new batch.
More fleas. Advantage has stopped working on my dog's fleas altogether. (I have fogged, vacuumed, and done everything else to eliminate other causes. Advantage ain't working.)
I bought a new batch of Trifexis. It has been ten days since the Advantage dose. Can I now dose them with Trifexis?
