Should be listed under Total T4. Not every panel includes a thyroid test, however.

You didn't mention breed. Makes a difference- some repeat offenders with those values like scotties, schnauzers, collies, shelties
ALKP is in every tissue in the body. The high cholesterol and triglyc suggest a hepatobiliary problem but need to see the whole bloodwork to see the pattern. Albumin, alt, etc. Forget if anyone mentioned thyroid disease in replies, but cushings obviously on list
Liver friendly diet is a great first step, regardless of chnage (or not) in values. I agree ultrasound would be my next step, but reality is that and a thyroid panel and 1 of 3 cushings screening tests.
