OT Traffic PSA: I-10 East near Mississippi Stateline

What he/she is trying to say is there is a wreck on I-10 EB between the West Pearl River bridge and the East Pearl River (Stateline) bridge.

There’s also rubbernecking slowing down the WB I-10 traffic around the East Pearl River bridge to the accident site.

There’s a “rest stop” in both Louisiana and Mississippi.

That makes it confusing to mention it.
