If you log that many miles per week you should have no problem.

im a male, 34 years old


I have a large frame, wide broad shoulders

30 inch waist. just gotta eat chicken and broccoli all week to make up for no gym time

ive lost 70 lbs over 5 years and its tough to entertain clients and try to stay in shape

I always have to order salads and drink water, lol

Nerves are normal. Eat whole foods, no processed crap. Enjoy potatoes!! And veggies
