ive lost 70 lbs over 5 years and its tough to entertain clients and try to stay in shape

Nerves are normal. Eat whole foods, no processed crap. Enjoy potatoes!! And veggies

I ran no more than 20 miles that week. Also, the half was on a Sunday and I went out and got absolutely so shite faced that Friday night and stayed in bed hungover as hell all day Saturday. I think the only thing I ate that day was a bowl of ramen noodles
