I had an 08 accord. Had 221,000 miles on it when i sold it. The AC went out at like 160k miles. i never fixed it. I had the timing belt replaced at 183k miles. that was the only thing i did outside of standard maintenance. Great, dependable car that never left me stranded.

If it is the black plastic covers inside the wheel well that does not necessarily indicate an accident. I've been driving 30-50k miles a year for a decade and have lost those on every vehicle I have owned. Usually on the front end though, either from parking too close to a curb/parking block thing or running over something that rips it loose.
