It still amazes me that candy cigarettes were ever something kids could buy.

I miss "I'll take the physical challenge"

Otter pops been mentioned?

This. If I seem to recall, didn't they have a powdery stuff that you could blow out like smoke?

I loved doing this. Our parents would drop us off at Cortana and we'd go to spaceport and play arcade games for hours and run around the mall and food court. Good times

I do remember them being a bit powdery. One other thing I remember was they had one end painted red to make it look more like a real lit cigarette.

Yeah, now that you mention it. Good times, eh?

Surprised no one mentioned the original video game. Had one and spent quite a bit playing it.

There were some that were candy and some that were actually gum. I believe the candy ones had the red on the end, and the gum ones had paper around them like a real cig and the powder substance was between the paper and the gum, if you blew on it the powder would come out like smoke

We never had Pong. Our first video game was the Atari 2600. We got it for Christmas like 79 or maybe 80 I think. It came with the game "Combat". Man we played the hell out of that thing.

We eventually got an Atari, too. My favorite game was this one:

Damn! Had to look up Combat - we did have that, I just didnt remember the name of it. 30+ years will do that to you!

Loved that river raid, too. Dang, bringing back some memories.

Here is another we used to have. Old school go kart. We rode the wheels off of ours. One time my Mom was riding with my brother and he turned a little to hard and she went flying. It disappeared for a while after that.
