Thanks for all of the responses yesterday. The electrical connection to the compressor was not plugged back in all the way. Simple fix.

Some of them. Some of these damn new vehicles, Have to pull a damn motor mount or a cv axle to change the freaking belt. Calling competent techs grease monkeys is a total insult.
