and like 480 saud, they had access to shite that i got charged with as a kid and it never even went to court. When the border patrol agent brought it up I said,"no way that is on there..." WRONG.

Before spending the money, call the consulate or the RCMP. Do it as a general inquiry so they won't get your name. If they require your name, tell them to get fricked. At that point it is up to you if you want to try or not.
