Next time you see them taking out the trash, wave, do the “neighbor jog” over to them which sends the subliminal message “i need to talk to you real quick about something relatively important but I don’t want to take up too much of your time and Im also in a hurry”
Tell them you’re concerned about the drone flying to close around the house and it’s making you batty, and apologize for the request, and make it like it’s your problem that you are the crazy one and they are the normal people so kindly acquiescing your pitiful request... then apologize that you have to run back inside because you have something on the stove.
Then if he does it again, burn his house down while his family sleeps inside.
ETA- only attempt the neighbor jog in a nice neighborhood. In lesser neighborhoods this will be interpreted as an act of aggression.

Was going to be mid-June, but we have opted for another destination for that weekend.
