But based on the size, edges, and Thomas Jefferson it appears to me to be a nickel.

The only thing that makes me think it's not psoriasis, aside from not being a doctor and not knowing what the frick I'm talking about, is that it didn't start on a location that bends a lot, his scalp, behind the ears, or the usual hot spots.
