The adjuster is right on this one. You are comparing reconditioned cars at lots to your car which has not been reconditioned. Also you are listing what dealers are asking for cars, not what they are selling for. Those are two very different numbers.

Dealers like CarMax are no haggle, so when comparing prices they are more apples to apples. They typically sell cars in good condition, lower mileage, clean titles and privately owned which is like my car.

Request a copy of NADA report the adjuster is referring to. Make sure it includes alms your features(leather, after market stereo etc) and accurate mileage for your vehicle.
