Nah I lived in Fairway View in 08 and the club was already gone. The caterie burned down 2009 or 2010.

Kevin would not have burned the Caterie of all his businesses, and Fairway View burned down right after he bought it so I seriously doubt he did that. The previous owners told me that some grease traps (or something like that) had not been kept clean like they should have been, and that led to the fire.

ain't reading through all of this but I worked at the Caterie in the late 70s(as well as three other jobs while at LSU,) helped put some things on that menu that stayed long after I was gone and we helped cultivate the crowds that made that place popular
