Nawdawg. I would've done the same. 2 people, nighttime, can't see hands. Kid giving him attitude always heightens the senses. It's not the fault of the officer if the driver doesn't know how to behave in that type of situation. It's a simple traffic stop until it isn't.

How corrupt are those cops who called the canine on that man who refused a vehicle search.

When the K-9 cop showed up and the dog alerted, the primary cop went up to the k-9 patrol officer and low-key asked him if the alert was legit.

The cops found NOTHING in his car, which is ironic considering how hard the k-9 alerted.

IMO that entire department ought to be investigated, which a special laser focus on the K-9 division. I’d bet dollar to donuts they have a signal for false dog alert.
