I don’t remember anything. Last I remember was sitting in the recliner in my hospital room and two big male nurses telling me I had to get back in bed. That was about 6:00 PM. Next thing I knew it was 1:00 AM and I was waking up in the bed with a breathing tube down my throat. From what I’ve been told it was about 9:00 when I coded and they rushed me back to surgery. My wife was there to see it all. She’s told me some about it but it freaks her out so I’ve not asked for too many details. She said I was awake until it happened and it was not pleasant to watch.

Oh shite, you didn't see the light? I even saw the light and the sun and felt warmthness when I had a seizure and lost consciousness years ago. I'm glad you are back and have the ability to turn your life around. Hopefully next time you face entering the afterlife, you are greeted by the light.

I may have been greeted by the light or whatever. I can’t say I was or wasn’t. I don’t remember anything from about three hours before it happened until I woke up after surgery.

I mean, it's okay if you weren't. I'm sure a lot of people don't see it. You have the chance now to be leading a better life to ensure you will be greeted by it next time. You are lucky for getting that chance.

No. I know I didn’t do that because the doctors were concerned that my intesitnes had “died”. That’s why when they took me to surgery they also opened my abdominals to check for that. Apparently if that had been the case they’d have stopped working on me since there would have been no point.
What my wife has told me is that they were trying to get my IV’s restarted as all four of the ones they’d had started on me had collapsed. She said I was begging them to help me breath. They sat me up in the bed to see if they could find a vein. When I sat up, I said “I’m sorry” then my eyes rolled back and I fell back in the bed. Heart monitor went flat and they rushed her out of the room.
