Odds of Getting Booted in Erato Parking Garage?

Does the City of New Orleans own/patrol the Erato Parking Garage or is that under the Port of New Orleans? Have an automated ticket we haven't paid and I'm weighing the odds of getting booted if we park at the cruise terminal.
