NXT continues to try to break itself of the "developmental" label... now having standalone PPVs on Sundays as NXT TakeOver: Portland comes from the Moda Center in Portland, Ore.
This is a non-FWL event... and I implore someone to step up to take over the FWL post-Wrestlemania

Hopefully this frees up Cole to move up to Raw. I think he could legit be a generational character assuming he is used properly, which he won't be.

I was also thinking she might somehow get involved in the match and Wrestlemania will end up being a triple threat. Vince is supposedly high on Bianca. Never know. Things change every minute.

Because Sam Roberts the heel on this preshow and Mansoor is the face and the crowd is having fun with it.
