On January 1, 2016 Joshua was hit at the corner of Decatur and Dumaine Streets by a black sedan. His body was dragged more than 6 miles from the French Quarter to the Westbank. His body was found near Algiers by a motorist who was driving on U. S. 90B just before the General DeGaulle Drive off ramp. - See more at: LINK

Exactly--I'll tell you how its called total incompetence by the NOPD to not pull security tape along every stretch of the quarter, CBD, and warehouse district because they know what the route was.
Same situation with those two kids from Australia who were shot--tell me again how we don't have a video of the car or the driver who took those kids and tried to murder them?
