Bud..I walked alone at all hours of darkness everywhere in that city...and I mean...everywhere or anywhere my job called me....and believe me...it was dark...because the power was out...walked across a Projects Court yard to Erato street on like a Friday evening...Giant Boom boxes playin'huge crowd of people...no one bothered me..met up with some cops on the other side for a broken pole...turned out to be a Bell Pole...cop asked where I came from..Black cop..I told him across the Court yard...His words not mine..said I must be Tarzan...
