Giving it to them isn’t the problem them choosing to publish it was a much bigger issue imo.

I've brewed a shite-ton and have had one batch get unintentionally infected.
Come to find out, the fermenter I borrowed from a friend had previously been used on a brett beer... guess I didn't clean that out well enough. That's my bad.

It's terrible. At least the parents are terrible for letting their little hellions run around knocking over beers and screaming.
Same reason I don't like hanging out with Sorority girls while drinking.

Met the man like 6 times in my life the first time he was a massive douche. I just think the term redskin should be removed have no clue about the squawk thing. Also I think people saying just remove your kid are short sided. If you saw something you thought was wrong you should do more than just remove yourself from the situation. Also where the hell is journalistic integrity and an editor allowing that information to hit the public was wrong.
But I detest how he said even in the south. Like southerners are a homogeneous group.
Bottom line is when it comes to beer I usually agree with him, when it comes to politics I usually don’t. But talking about it is more fun to me than ranting on how wrong something is.

I have only had one sour batch myself and it was due to a ball valve having left over particulate in it from the last brew day.

I have two different sets of cold side equipment. I've used the same fermentors for clean beers as I have for kettle sours but never for brett. That shite is too tough to kill.
