Fake news. That's one of the private sculptures from the K&B Building across the street.
You know NOMA's Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden? Same name but about 50 yards away on private office property.

That's been in K&b building's (across street) art gallery for years. It's not visible from Lee.
