Consent decree monitor had ZERO to do with jail construction and if BRASS was used or not.

I'm pretty well versed with the Consent Decree Industrial Complex and all of it's corruption and shortcomings.

For the record, I think Hutson sucks. I'm trying to help the anti-Hutson faction focus their message so they can be effective.

This is simple, because you are committing fraud to some degree. The more accounts the more movement of cash to cover up other fraudulent activities. It’s all about how good you are with journal entries and the logic behind each

Also, having experience in both the public and private sectors has taught me the Louisiana state and parish audits are an absolute joke. Literally a joke.
