A second subject, a 9yo (yes, a 9yo) with a history of priors, has already been apprehended in the past few minutes. For the past hour or two, the 8th Dist has received reports of the pair burglarizing vehicles near the river front in the French Quarter, with one incident reportedly involving one of the juveniles pointing a gun at a victim who discovered them attempting to burglarize a vehicle. 911 then received reports of young juveniles pulling door handles at/ near the Riverwalk parking lot, which started the foot chase.
