Discount Tire, bought wheels and tires there last August for my 21 Tundra.
The certificates for the tires are worth it. Had to have one tire replaced due to a small pin hole by the wall of the tire and the replacement of said tire was only 33 dollars.

Discount Tire is pretty awesome. They're pretty much on every corner in Texas for a reason. They're not expensive and are pretty consistent. Probably not the best place but it definitely beats all the other nationwide chains and usually beat everybody else on price by 15 to 20%.
They provide rotating and balances for free if you buy a whole set. Some of the locations do alignments as well.
