None of them are bad, it's the people in them or the ones around them that make them bad. If no one will drop a nickel it'll never change, and do they want it too.

I meant that the area around there really isn't that bad. It's cleaned up some after Katrina but guess not enough.

The Toilet Paper must track TD, they altered their "breaking news" headline to the shooting post haste.

The good thing about the new housing projects it that the residents are actually held accountable. They have certain rules and standards they are expected to follow otherwise they'll be kicked out. I'm confident they won't go to shite as quickly as they would normally if those people aren't supervised. Plus many of the tenants are either mixed income or are required to hold some sort of job and/or income. They aren't totally welfare poverty project housing.

I watched them being built on everyone's dime. I really hope the powers that be oversaw the construction and will be responsible for it.

I worked for a rental company and called on the contractor and developer that built St Thomas and a few of the first ones, those builders were legit. I know they were built solid. As long as they keep up with the high standards of the residents and the maintenance they shouldn't get too run down.

Have you seen these new developments? Do you have any idea what the requirements are to live in them?

I assume you're just some ignorant yat that has no idea what you're talking about.

It always is, right up until it isn't.

ETA: It is entirely possible that it was an AK-47.
