What makes you think that these people are buying beyond their means?

I think he is trying to say they are colored.

You could be me, I have about 132 Chinese people live next to me. They turned the garage into apartments. But honestly they are like ninjas, you never know they are there. They come home at like 11PM, and everyone is gone by like 6AM. I suppose they take the kids to the restaurants they own and all work at.

People ask if I have turned it into the city, but I don't see the point. They have jacked the house up to the point that no one will buy it except trashy people and I doubt a trashy set of people will be as easy to live beside. Plus, I get free buffet coupons for Christmas.

Is this like Gonzales with a huge mansion flanked by several shitty trailers?

Yes 37069 zip code gated golf course communities are littered with trailers. Franklin is eerily similar to Gonzalez.

My neighbor had told me he wanted to move to the coast and they had selected a house down there already. He would be moving while the house was being sold. He moved and people started coming by with realtors or without and walking around the place. It was well kept, no children lived there, and it sold within a few weeks.

I texted my friend on the coast and asked who bought it and he always answered with, "I don't know." Well, the moving truck came and it was a black couple in our white neighborhood. My God, how could that happen?

Walked over to meet them and they are both retired Army, good people, and are a fine add to our lily white neighborhood.

That's all.
