Zip tied this in a tree pointing into my neighbor’s back yard. It took 1 day and he hasn’t barked since. Neighbor thinks he trained him

I had this happen to me, left a note on their door, the dogs were put up the next night.

Most can bark if eating a dog nasty. Can treats be peanut butter?
