100% false. As a former bartender in a Mexican restaurant, I can assure you that there is more water in a frozen margarita than there is in a rocks margarita.
Tequila doesn't exactly freeze easily. Have to add water.

Pretty much this. My experience is that people think sour margaritas = strong margaritas, and most people don't have a clue what they're doing.
