Basically, they're going to get their money out of it. I'll hand it to them, they can almost guarantee your homeowners insurance pays for some of it. But they are really shady about how much you'll be responsible for in the end, and you can't get them to return a phone call for anything. But they'll send someone to your house to pick up the check. Thought they were going to do all of my roof, but they didn't. Had to subcontract some work out. Avoid them, they're shady.
