Need a new avatar, please help

My photo shop/picture editing skills aren't very good and haven't a clue on how to do the following:
I would like Ed Orgeron's head
on the thing being swallowed's body.
The closer the monster's mouth looks to a perfect oval, to symbolize the number 0, the better. Not looking for an O-roundish mouth.
