Need a BR area lot grading contractor

Any recommendations? Have about two and half acres that needs to be graded at a minimum and maybe more than that - ditches, dig a pond, I don't know. All I know is that the drainage is terrible and needs alot of work and I don't want to get ripped off and don't want to pay for work that doesn't fully solve the problem.
