OK, I guess. It seems to be a world of its own. I was thinking southern red states. Anyway, I knew they had legalized it as did Oregon. Good for them.

Keep it illegal, Florida. Those tourists dollars are filling my bank account.

Colorado has more to worry from California (blue) legalizing than any other State.

They are too closed minded. They refuse to even decriminalize the stuff. To each his own, however.

I don't know, I don't keep up with it that well. Probably not a lot. Alabama just legalized CBD oils I think, but it took a State Trooper's kid having seizure problems to get it done. If it wasn't LE pushing it it would never have passed.

We have a pretty good head start. For example.

DENVER -- Colorado will spend more than $8 million researching marijuana's medical potential - a new frontier because government-funded marijuana research traditionally focuses on the drug's negative health effects.

The grants awarded by the Colorado Board of Health will go to studies on whether marijuana helps treat epilepsy, brain tumors, Parkinson's disease and post-traumatic stress disorder. Some of the studies still need federal approval.

I hope all states would legalize weed.

Not the same as decriminalization or legal medical weed. That law will be so restricted that I doubt more than a handful of patients will qualify.

They were embarrassed into changing this law, by the way.

Didn't the SCOTUS just rule that Indian reservations can now sell marijuana if they so choose? Yeah, there's no getting that genie back in the bottle. Oklahoma is going to have a lot more to worry about in their own state than what is going on in CO (and I'm pretty sure Nebraska has at least one reservation also).

It may be Arkansas. They have a ballot measure coming up in 2016. They would have this year but had trouble getting it organized in time.
