Happened to me once. Needed Freon. You should get a guy out there Monday. That thing running and never getting cool gets expensive and will wear out the motor.

I replaced the thermostat unit I don't think it solved the problem, although it seems to have improved a little bit. Got an A/C tech on the way over.

You have a switch problem. Had this happen to me a few months ago. It's in the inside unit .

I had this problem this week. The guy had to come out and replace a fuse. Apparently, its natural position is on, so when it goes out the thing just keeps blowing.
